Order the in-stock EVD-M-200, review EVDrive's made-to-order Smart PDU and BetterBMS boards, purchase engineering time, or send your application details so EVDrive can configure the right system.

Review BetterBMS, Smart PDU, and available EVDrive powertrain hardware in one place.
Purchase standard engineering support or add limited integration support to a qualifying hardware order.
BetterBMS separates close-to-cell measurement from pack-level decision making, so EVDrive can configure the system around the physical pack, its duty cycle, and the vehicle it serves.
Read the system architecture guide →Satellite boards stay near the cells and modules they supervise. A low-voltage IsoSPI communication pair links satellites to the master, which is especially useful when a pack occupies more than one enclosure.
Each satellite can collect voltage data from up to 18 series cell groups and up to five cell temperatures. The master uses that information for state of charge, state of health, balancing, and operating limits.
The master manages main and precharge contactors, then communicates pack state and charge and discharge limits to the vehicle control unit through the external controller area network.
Separate internal and vehicle networks keep peripheral devices and vehicle-control communication distinct. Configuration and firmware updates are handled over controller area network using supported industry-standard adapters.
Voltage sensing, temperature sensing, and communications use separate connection paths. Each satellite voltage-sense input is fused to help protect the module and its sense wiring.
Online checkout is being finalized. Ask Evie to confirm availability, configuration, shipping, and the purchase process.
Ready to purchase? Ask Evie about the product or service you need, and EVDrive will follow up with the current purchase options.

Ask Evie about the work you need and the number of hours. EVDrive will confirm the scope, technical contact, scheduling, and current purchase options.

The $125 hourly rate is available only with a qualifying hardware purchase of at least $500 and is limited to four hours.
Tell us your chemistry, series-and-parallel layout, current limits, and thermal thresholds. EVDrive will map the master, satellite count, Smart PDU requirements, and vehicle interface for your pack.
Start with the architecture and integration guides, then bring EVDrive the details of your pack.
